New range of tiles on offer

New Non Slips

For certain applications a tile with a higher Slip Resistance is useful. The existing Steptread tile in the Olde English range has very good slip resistance, but as it is thicker than Olde English plain tiles, it is not appropriate for all applications. To help resolve this, we are now stocking a 100mm Non Slip tile, with large “Rice Grain” protrusions, in both RE (single rounded edge) and REX (2 adjacent rounded edges) – please see photographs.

These are the same thickness as Olde English plain 100mm squares, so they can also be used to finish the edge of a tiled floor, as with the existing plain REs and REXs, but with better slip resistance. Available now in Black only – other colours will follow if there is demand for them. We will shortly also have Black 100mm Non Slip squares with a plain edge, so that a double row of Non Slips can be laid if appropriate. New Angled Skirting Tiles We are also now stocking a 100mm Square Angled Skirting tile, in Black - please see photographs. Also available are matching pre-mitred Internal and External Corner sets (2 tiles each). These give a very durable and easily maintained Skirting with a tiled floor. These angled skirtings are designed to “sit on” the top of existing floor tiling, so there is no need to fit them before the floor is tiled, as with a “set in” skirting tile. We have limited stocks at present, but these will increase, as will the colour range when we have assessed demand.
